Invagen is looking for a Product Development Manager for its Hauppauge, NY location to design & develop various drug dosage formulas and their manufacturing procedures; plan and perform preformulation & formulation development studies; manage manufacturing of Scale-up batches (lab scale and pilot scale), ANDA submission batches for Bio-equivalence studies, Validation batches and their stability programming as per USFDA guidelines; conduct and evaluate accelerated stability studies to establish adequate shelf-life for various drug products; trouble-shoot finished formulations at process development & production level batches and maintain detailed documentation; select the batches for Bio-Equivalency testing; draft responses to post- ANDA queries from USFDA; draft and approve technical documentation for regulatory submissions to FDA; lead literature and patent search activities etc. among others.
