Dr. Malla Reddy, Chairman and CEO
Pailla Malla Reddy has Ph.D in chemistry from well known University in India and worked in different parts of the world in different positions. Dr. Reddy worked in Nigeria for International Company as Director and came to US in 1990. Dr.Reddy owns a vitamin company who is president and CEO of the company with 120 employees currently working. Dr.Reddy had vast experience in pharmaceutical industry and is familiar with the industry standards and government requirements for prescription, OTC and other pharmaceutical areas. He has successful track record in managing Vitamin Company, which is highly competitive business area. Dr.Reddy successfully running unit in Russia with more than 250 employees, which is part of Bactolac pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Sudhakar Vidiyala, President
Sudhakar Vidiyala holds Ph.D in chemistry from reputed Osmania University, Hyderabad in India. Dr.Vidiyala did his post-doctoral fellowship in Temple University, Philadelphia, USA. He had many publications in reputed Journals. Dr.Vidiyala has more than 10 years experience in Quality control, Analytical R&D, Regulatory and Pre-formulation areas and worked in Novartis generic sector from 1993 to 2003. Dr.Vidiyala has successful track record of managing the department of more than 50 employees at different levels including managers, principal scientists and scientists in different categories. He managed 15 Ph.D scientists, several master level people and was holding title of Director, Analytical research in Geneva Pharmaceuticals (A Novartis Company). Successfully filed and launched more than 50 ANDAs and managed several recent projects. He is one of the instrumental in Geneva Pharmaceuticals and managed several pre-approval inspections, GMP audits by FDA; FDA documentation includes ANDA filing, responses etc.

Madhava Reddy Uppugalla, VP
Madhava hold Masters Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a registered pharmacist. He has more than 10 year’s industrial experience in US. Madhav worked in different companies in US in different levels and gained vast experience in both formulation development and process development. He worked in Geneva pharmaceuticals (formerly known as Invamed) as scientist for more than 4 years, in Eon labs for more than 3 years as Sr. scientist / group leader, in Wyeth for a year as Sr.Scientist and lately one year experience in process development in Pfizer. Madhav is an expert in formulation development of immediate release and controlled release solid dosage forms. He has gained very good experience in technology transfer during his stay in Wyeth and Pfizer. Madhav managed production areas, managed documentation for ANDA filing and pre-approval inspections. Madhav successfully developed and involved in development of more than 20 projects.
